Santa Fe: Be Safe and COVID-19
On a warm summers evening,
Near a train track down in Clovis,
There I found a message,
Shining brightly in the night,
It shone "Santa Fe, Be Safe,"
and I didn’t appreciate its meaning,
Until the COVID-19 virus,
came knocking at my hometown.
As most people know by now the corona virus is here and it’s real and its effects are being felt everywhere. Anyone who chooses not to heed the warnings of health officials and take care of themselves is playing Russian roulette with their health and that of others to be sure. Please stay home if you can. Read a good book. (Write a good book!?) Spend time well with your family. Above all wash your hands for goodness sakes and always be kind to others. ;-) Santa Fe (and the rest of the world too) . . . Be Safe!
